Residential landscape design · Greater Sacramento
Thoughtful landscape design for homeowners ready to make the important decisions before construction begins.
Conceptual brand image—not completed Rogers project photography.Design before construction
Layout affects drainage. Shade changes planting. Materials shape circulation. Lighting and irrigation need routes before hardscape closes the ground.
A complete design lets these decisions happen together—while there is still room to compare, coordinate, and refine.

Selected work
Approved Rogers project photography and documented case studies are still being assembled. The launch portfolio will remain intentionally small rather than represent unrelated work as ours.
Case-study framework
Each future project will distinguish clearly among plans, renderings, and completed construction photography.

We listen for how you want to live outside and what the property needs to do well.
Existing conditions, circulation, grade, drainage, views, and constraints inform the work.
The big moves become a coordinated direction for space, material, planting, and features.
Feedback is gathered while decisions are still clear, visible, and practical to change.
Confirmed design information is organized to support construction planning.
What you receive
Exact documents and revisions are defined in each design agreement. These categories describe the work without promising unconfirmed deliverables.
A coordinated view of layout, circulation, gathering, and transitions.
A coherent palette that relates the landscape to the home and setting.
Structure, texture, seasonality, shade, and water-awareness considered together.
Drainage, grading, irrigation, lighting, and construction realities considered early.
Design informed by construction
Rogers Designs is supported by the field experience of Rogers Landscape. That relationship brings practical construction awareness into the design process while keeping the design agreement valuable on its own.

Rogers Designs may be a good fit when:
Design creates a shared plan before construction decisions become expensive or difficult to revise.
No. Rogers Designs is presented as a professional design service. Commercial terms are discussed after project fit is understood.
The first release does not state that construction is required. Rogers Landscape may be an optional construction partner, subject to project fit and a separate proposal.
The exact scope is confirmed in a design agreement. The site intentionally avoids promising a fixed deliverable list before that scope is verified.
