Information you provide

The project intake collects contact, property, project, consent, and source information needed to evaluate and respond to an inquiry. Do not submit sensitive documents through the first release; uploads are disabled.

How it is used

Submitted information is sent securely to WorkSysPro, the operational system of record, to manage follow-up, design opportunities, proposal outcomes, and source attribution.

Analytics choices

Essential form functionality does not require marketing consent. Optional analytics are environment-controlled and remain disabled until accepted where enabled. The site does not send form PII to analytics.

Retention and requests

Suggested retention is 24 months for unconverted inquiries, subject to legal and operational review. Access, correction, or deletion requests should use the confirmed business contact once published.
